At any time after the purchase, we can correct mistakes in pricing or arithmetic made in computing your purchase price.

Merchandise marked unassembled or assembly required is delivered in factory-packed cartons for assembly by purchaser. Any merchandise assembled by purchaser will not be eligible for refund, exchange or service.

If we have to pay any monies or hire an attorney to collect payment from you we can recover from you all of our collection costs including the fees of our attorney.

Prices for merchandise shown online are only valid for delivery in the continental United States and do not include shipping and handling for Canada.  Canada residents must contact BarstoolsOn-line for pricing and will be responsible for all Canadian duties and taxes.

Sales tax is collected only on orders to Illinois customers.

 

Returns

DAMAGED OR SUSPECTED DAMAGE:

Contact the carrier immediately if you believe your products were damaged in shipping or delivery. Damage must be reported within 24 hours in order for you to even attempt to pursue a damage claim on your behalf.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Factory defects must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of product.

Replacement parts will be issued to the customer on a asap basis.

Returned products must be packed in the original factory boxes and shipped within 3 days of receipt by the original customer. A 35% fee will be assessed in addition to any shipping costs. The original carton and packing must be used for returns. If you made your purchase using a major credit card, you may be asked to provide a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover) to Bar Stools-OnLine to assess the 35% restocking fee.

Personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances.

BarStoolsOn-Line does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:

1. Product that is custom configured to your specifications
2. Non factory damages
3. Damages that are not cause by shipping of items
